HOW TO ORDER –

Order Online, by phone, by fax, by post or call in – all orders are welcome.

Although ordering online from our website is easy, safe and convenient, we welcome orders in any of the following ways:

ORDERING FROM US ONLINE

By submitting an order, you are accepting the Chemtec Terms and Conditions of Sale (see below).

Making a purchase online could not be easier. Simply click on any item that you wish to buy, select the quantity that you require and click to add them to your shopping cart. Once you are ready to complete your purchases, click on “Check out” and you will be asked for a few details that we require to satisfy the order. Once on our secure server choose your payment method, complete your details and click on ‘submit’. Your order will then be processed from our showroom.

Buying Karcher spares online: - If you purchase Karcher spares you are doing so on the understanding that either you or your agent are able to safely make repairs to your Karcher product. Should you prefer, you may return your Karcher product to us for our engineers to undertake any repairs required. Unless the repair is under warranty (see info on warranty below), you will be required to pay all carriage costs as well as parts and labour costs.

Terms and conditions of sales and purchases made in our online shop are regulated by the relevant laws laid down in the United Kingdom only.

Prices shown on Puzzi Online, or any other Chemtec group website, or other website advertising goods on behalf of Chemtec are for guidance only. Below is an exert taken from the UK trading standards website.

Any Professional or Commercial equipment used for business purposes is not covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, this means there is no cooling off period for any Professional equipment or business purchases of home user equipment - it cannot be returned under the 14-day Cooling off period for distance selling.

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of UK VAT which will be charged additionally to the buyer at the rate ruling on the date of despatch.


PAYMENT METHODS

a) Credit or Debit Card ( Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Switch, Solo) . We are only able to accept UK Credit or Debit Cards.
b) Pro – Forma Invoice. We can supply a pro-forma invoice if you prefer to pay by BACS. Once we receive your order we will send you the pro-forma invoice. Simply return your remittance to admin@karcher.center
c) Cash. If you prefer to pay by cash you may do so by visiting our showroom to pay for and collect your goods. Our showroom is located at 901 Honeypot Lane, Stanmore, Middx, HA7 1AR. Alternatively you may make a direct money transfer into our bank account via any branch of Barclays Bank.
d) Lease hire. We can provide competitive lease rates for equipment over two to five year periods. All lease figures provided are subject to credit approval. All lease payments are exclusive of VAT at the current rate and assume payment by direct debit. An administration fee may be payable with the first payment.
e) Long-term hire. For information on Long-term hire (including maintenance of the machine) please contact our showroom on 0345 890 3600.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES (UK Mainland Only)

Two-ten working days As per individual item

One working day  (Next day / Saturday shut off time 12pm)

Once your order has been received by Chemtec, it will be confirmed together with an anticipated delivery date. All orders are confirmed during business hours (8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday), together with details of stock availability and anticipated delivery date.

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your goods the same day, we are unable to guarantee this. Once the goods leave us it is our couriers responsibility to deliver the goods on time. We always do all we can to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. All delivery times shown on the website are best estimations but cannot be guaranteed.

If any problems are encountered i.e. a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified and a new delivery time will be arranged. If a new schedule cannot be arranged then the customer will be offered a full refund.

All goods require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your goods please arrange for them to be delivered to a place where they can be signed for (your workplace or a neighbour maybe)

Please check the packaging on your goods for damage and make a note of this when signing for them. Only sign as “received in good condition” if you are sure that that is actually the case. If the goods have been damaged in transit please refuse the delivery at this stage. We will endeavour to make good as soon as is practicable.

If you are out when our courier arrives they will leave a card. Please contact the courier on the card to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery. If the courier is unable to get a signature on the second delivery attempt they will leave a card a final time telling you where you need to go to collect your goods. Any further deliveries will require an additional payment by the customer.

Any reference to “days” for delivery purposes are working days.

Scottish Highlands Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern and Southern Ireland and The Channel Isles – Delivery prices as above for Karcher Puzzi 100 and 200 machines, parts and accessaries. Please contact us on 0345 890 3600 for information on delivery charges for palleted machines .

COMPLAINTS

We try our best to uphold our commitment to excellence in customer service at all times. We do appreciate however that occasionally mistakes may occur, and when they do we strive to correct them as quickly as possible.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Privacy – Karcher Center Chemtec do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.

Security – We appreciate how vital it is to ensure all credit card transactions are secure. Our website offers secure transactions for credit card orders, using the latest 128 bit encryption techniques.

WARRANTY

All machines are sold with Karcher’s 12 month manufacturers warranty which requires any warranty work to be carried out by Chemtec in our capacity as a Karcher Center. Any items requiring inspection / repair under warranty must be returned at your expense to the following address

Customers may personally deliver and collect their items from our workshop at the above address, between 8.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note that a warranty fault is deemed to be a manufacturing defect and not misuse or breakage.

RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns made due to the customer changing their mind or any other reason will be the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back to us and we will refund the cost less shipping charges agreed prior to pickup, subject to the goods being unused and still in their original unopened packing. Any damage on returned goods shall be the responsibility of the Buyer.
