Brought this to replace a much used and loved Bissell hopeing it would be easier to manover, and wow it sure is, thanks to its large rear wheels and front castors it follows me around with ease even when fully loaded, the wand so much easier to use, gliding over the carpet with gentle pressure it shloops up the dirty water leaving the floor much drier than I expected.

Ease of filling and emptying the dirty water bucket a bonus, cleaning the machine a doddle, no more pickin out fluff from brushes, no more poking ackward bits with pipe cleaners just a wipe round with a cloth and job done, the new quick release handle and tools sweet, added a dab of vasaline to top of pipe and inside pipe release to help as I am not very dextrous.

I was shocked at just how much dirt the machine, pulled out of my recently cleaned carpet, mind it was a test any other machine might have baulked at, the day it arrived my 4 dogs went down with a tummy bug, we had vomit and pooh in abundance, and over the next 5 days it was put to the test and the machine just did its job without a grumble or complaint leaving all clean and sweet smelling.

For stubborn stains pre spraying and a second going over may be needed, but as the machine is so manoverable its not a problem, yes it has its drawbacks in that it is long and storeage could be difficult, mine lives under the worktop in the kitchen, easier to access in an emergency, and it is weighty so carrying it around not so easy, but even so I would not part with it now, all I have to do now is find it a nick name other than The Beast,
